How long is production and delivery?
Standard production time is 28 working days after design approval. Shipping within Belgium usually takes an additional 24-48 hours once production is complete.
What are the shipping options in Belgium?
We provide tracked door-to-door delivery via Bpost and DPD. Larger orders are shipped via palletized freight to ensure safety and quality of the garments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We support all major Belgian and international payment methods including Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and direct SEPA bank transfers for business accounts.
What is your quality guarantee?
Every unit undergoes a strict 3-point quality check before shipping. If any item fails to meet the approved sample specifications or contains manufacturing defects, we replace it at no extra cost.
